PSECU is a high-tech progressive $3+ billion financial institution that is seeking an Credit Services Tele Rep/Interviewer - in the Loans Call Center. Starting at $11.75/hr.
|Duties:||This entry-level position entail answering incoming calls and assisting our valued members with general inquiries, loan applications, other transactions, as well as processing member correspondence. Saturday hours may be required. |
|Qualifications:||Candidates for this position must have a genuine interest in working with our members, possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good attendance, solid problem solving skills, and the ability to use intermediate PC-based software such as Microsoft Office. Call center/banking experience is not a requirement, but certainly would be a plus. If you possess these skills, then PSECU may have a job for you as a full time call center or processing representative. |
